Early Work History

Tony Ludlow’s professional career began with Dallas Semiconductor Corporation, a manufacturing company with an estimated net worth of over $350 million. There, he filled a series of accounting and finance positions and was eventually assigned to the role of Manufacturing Controller.

Over the next several years, Tony held several senior-level positions in large and small public firms before joining Transition Capital Partners. He also worked on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate and securities law at Hallett & Perrin, P.C.

At the law firm of Hallett & Perrin, Tony represented numerous publicly traded and privately held firms in equity and debt offerings, as well as private equity, venture capital, and leveraged financing placements. He also has proven expertise in representing businesses with mergers and negotiated assets and securities acquisitions.

For a time, Tony served as a Vice President at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS). A $6.5 billion Fortune 500 company, ACS was a key player in the business process and information technology outsourcing field.

At ACS, Tony was tasked with integrating new acquisitions, improving internal businesses, and negotiating complex contracts with Fortune 100 clients. He also helped oversee legal and accounting compliance for the company’s client firms.

Before he founded Baymark Partners, Tony Ludlow served as the Director, General Counsel, and Chief Financial Officer of Transition Capital Partners. A middle-market private equity firm, Transition Capital Partners has an exemplary track record of more than 25 investments across various service-based businesses.
